In general refunds are not provided for the Apidapter service.
1. Change of Plan
No refunds or credits for subscription charges will be provided in the event you decide to downgrade your service plan. This applies to both monthly and annual payments. Further, downgrading your service plan may cause loss of data, features, or capacity of the service as previously available to you and Apidapter does not accept any liability for such loss.
2. Cancellation
No refunds or credits for subscription charges will be provided in the event you decide to discontinue your use of the service. Canceling your service will also mean the irrevocable loss of data associated with your account and Apidapter does not accept any liability for such loss.
3. Disruption
In the unlikely event that the service is unavailable for an extended period of time, credit for future service use may be issued to affected accounts. No refunds for past usage will be provided.
4. Hourly Services
Refunds for hourly consulting and development services will not be provided unless the resulting work product does not conform to the pre-determined statement of work and such product cannot be corrected through the re-performance of the work. In the event an refund is deemed appropriate, its scope is limited to the payments made for said work and only within the past three months.
5. Discontinuation
We will issue a refund if and only if we stop providing the services to you for a reason that is not described in our Terms of Service.
6. Other Policies
Actions related to these refund policies are also subject to the Apidapter Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
